Order quantity

Our website will accept orders of up to a maximum of 3 items, for orders exceeding this please contact sales directly at hello@veskebag.com

VAT

The prices we quote on our website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. A VAT invoice will be issued once your order has been processed. Please do note the prices shown on our website do not include local taxes out-with the UK.

Payment

All our goods are offered on a payment with order basis. Payment is due prior to dispatch of goods and is accepted by most credit cards and debit cards.

In all instances, payment will be taken in GBP.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your goods within 10 working days of order. As products are hand made to order this may extend to 15 days during busy periods. The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you. As we are closed for two weeks during the Christmas Holiday period, goods ordered during this time will not be dispatched until after the 8th of January.

It will not be possible to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched, however, if the item is still in our possession, we will endeavour to make any required changes.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to any mainland UK address free of charge. Please note charges for delivery out-with the UK will be calculated at checkout. Our standard delivery will be via a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods in the UK within a few days after dispatch. Please do note extended delivery times are likely for deliveries out-with the UK.

We offer international shipping at an additional cost as indicated at checkout.  Please do note that our charges do not include any duties, taxes or any other import charges related to the customs clearance of the goods in the destination country, any such charges would be for the consumers account and would be billed to the consumer directly by the carrier at destination.  Please do note your goods would not be released to you until full payment of such charges were received.  Each country has its own customs laws and regulations, therefore, charges are set locally and out-with our control.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time prior to dispatch of goods.

Returns Policy

All items will be checked prior to dispatch. It is your responsibility to inspect goods when received, should there be any damage to your order you must report this by email to hello@veskebag.com within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise, no claim can be entertained.

If you decide for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You can return your order for an exchange up to 28 days from date of delivery. Please do complete the returns slip included in your package fully and enclose this with any returned items.

Refunds and exchanges can only be offered if the returned item is received by us in perfect, unused condition. Should we receive a returned item that we deem unacceptable, it would be returned to the original delivery address.

Please do note costs for postage of a returned item are the consumers responsibility. We cannot take responsibility for any packages lost in transit so please ensure you use a tracked service.‍

Promotions & Sales

We will accept returned items purchased from a promotion or sale, in this instance the 14 day return period would apply. We reserve the right to end a promotion or sale at any time, when a promotion or sale period comes to an end it is considered final. Please do note we would consider promotion or sale periods to be a possible busy period which may result in a delay to orders.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

If there are any problems with the order you have placed with us we shall contact you using the contact information you have provided at time of order.
